Russian army attacked Zaporizhzhia region: explosions heard, - Fedorov (updated)
On the evening of 8 October, Russian troops shelled the Zaporizhzhia region. The explosions were heard at around 10:45 p.m., preceded by an air raid alert at 9:29 p.m.
According to Censor.NET, one of the infrastructure facilities was damaged as a result of the attack, said Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
Later, he wrote on telegram that, according to preliminary data, one person was injured, private houses were damaged, and power outages were reported.
Ivan Fedorov added that energy companies would begin restoration work as soon as the security situation allowed.
