Enemy has attacked energy infrastructure again, causing power outages in eight regions, - Ministry of Energy

The enemy has again attacked the energy infrastructure of the Chernihiv and Donetsk regions. Energy workers are working around the clock to restore power to consumers.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the press centre of the Ministry of Energy.
As noted, measures are being taken to ensure the stable operation of the power system.
"Due to the difficult situation in Ukraine's energy system caused by previous Russian shelling, emergency power cuts were forced in the morning in the Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia (for industrial consumers) and Kirovohrad (partially) regions. In addition, hourly power cuts were implemented by the local oblenergo in the Chernihiv region," the statement said.
According to the Ministry of Energy, emergency power cuts will be cancelled once the situation in the power grid stabilises.
"We urge consumers to use electricity rationally, especially during peak consumption hours in the morning and evening. This helps reduce the load on the system."
Earlier, Censor.NET reported that emergency power cuts had been introduced in five regions. The day before, it was reported that the enemy had targeted the energy infrastructure of Donetsk region, leaving the region without power.
