Enemy is laying groundwork for breach of ceasefire: Kherson Regional Military Administration warns of possible provocations

Reports and statements are appearing in the Russian media that may indicate preparations are being made for potential provocations. It is likely that the enemy may use such pretexts to breach the ceasefire.
This was reported on a Telegram channel by Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, according to Censor.NET.
Ceasefire
He reminds us that the declared ceasefire began on 27 October at 03:00 a.m. and is due to last until 10:59 p.m. on 1 November 2026. However, provocative messages are already appearing in enemy media.
There are signs of preparations for provocations
"Even under a ceasefire, the threat of Russian attacks remains. I therefore urge residents of the Kherson community to be particularly vigilant and cautious tomorrow, 1 November. Where possible, avoid places where large numbers of people gather. Refrain from visiting ‘red zones’ and high-risk areas. Do not ignore warnings about air threats and the risk of drone attacks. Do not leave safe places unless absolutely necessary. I urge you to take your own safety seriously, not to panic, and to trust only verified sources of information," said the head of the Presidential Office.
