Prosecutors have documented the consequences of the night rocket attack on Kharkiv.

Under the procedural guidance of the Shevchenkiv District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation was started on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, on July 16, around 2:00 a.m., the enemy launched a rocket attack on Kharkiv. It was recorded that two S-300 missiles hit the stadium and the road surface in the Shevchenko district of the city. According to preliminary data, the strike was carried out from the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation.
A four-story building and private cars of the citizens were damaged.
The investigation-prosecutor group collected material evidence and recorded the consequences of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
Earlier it was reported that last night, around 1:30, the Russian invaders from the territory of the Belgorod region launched 4 S-300 air defense missiles at Kharkiv.
