Last night, Russian troops attacked the Sumy region, and the village of Stetskivka was hit by an enemy attack.
This was announced by the head of the Sumy CMA Oleksii Drozdenko, Censor.NET reports.
According to preliminary data, the occupiers were struck with a KAB.
The attack damaged a school and residential buildings. Windows were smashed, and the roof of one of the houses was damaged.
In addition, we received one request for medical assistance.
The headquarters has been set up at the site, volunteers are working, and all necessary assistance is being provided.
Earlier, the General Staff reported that the intensity of hostilities in the Sumy sector had increased. The enemy is actively using aircraft, helicopters, and heavy weapons. However, it is not successful.
In addition, due to the tense situation, 5 districts in the Sumy district are being evacuated from their settlements.
At the same time, the humanitarian corridor Kolotylivka-Pokrovka, which was used to return people from the occupation to the government-controlled territories of Ukraine, is being closed for 10 days in Sumy region, on the border with Russia.
