As a reminder, on 9 January, the Ramstein meeting will draw up a plan for Ukraine's defense capability until 2027.
At this meeting, the US will announce another $500 million aid package for Ukraine.
Politico noted that the next Ramstein meeting will look very different if it takes place at all.
According to Polish Defence Minister Kosiniak-Kamisz, the 9 January meeting of the Contact Group on Ukraine's Defence in the Ramstein format may be the last one after the inauguration of US President-elect Donald Trump.
