According to Censor.NET, the video shows how the area is covered with fibre-optic lines stretching across all the fields and roads.
"It's like the film Apocalypse: there is broken equipment somewhere, burnt civilian cars somewhere, and everything resembles a huge deserted plain shrouded in cobwebs," the commentary under the video reads.
