This was announced by the so-called governor, Mikhail Razvozhayev, according to Censor.NET.

They explained this by the need to "resolve economic issues."

"The legal framework of the state of emergency allows for the swiftest possible resolution of issues related to the stable functioning of all sectors essential to people’s livelihoods," said a representative of the occupying authorities.

What preceded it?

• As a reminder, President Zelenskyy previously stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ operation in Crimea has been carefully planned, and that Ukraine can quickly force Russia to choose peace.
