Court sent Dubinskyi under 24-hour house arrest
The Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv chose a preventive measure against People’s Deputy Oleksandr Dubinskyi in the case of the organization of a scheme for the departure of draft dodgers abroad.

The court partially granted the prosecutor's request in the case. Dubinskyi was placed under 24-hour house arrest with the wearing of an electronic bracelet. It will be possible to leave only to see doctors and shelters during air raids.
The prosecutor said that the People's Deputy is suspected of having conspired with Oberenchuk, the head of the "Media Defense" NGO (Non-Governmental Organization), and organized an illegal border crossing on July 7 - to help his own brother, whose last name is Baziuk, to leave. He wanted to get a job abroad. There was also a personal interest for Dubinskyi - to drive a car from Chisinau (Moldova) to Vienna (Austria). Baziuk was registered in the Shliach system as a volunteer driver transporting humanitarian aid. Baziuk left on July 22.
Dubinskyi suggested that the case against him is an attempt to stop criticism of the government in wartime conditions, as the people's deputy often spoke on his social networks about embezzlement of the state budget.
"Now you are witnessing an attempt to stop the right to criticize the government," the parliamentarian said.
Earlier it was reported that Dubinskyi went abroad under the guise of accompanying his sick father and is currently resting in Barcelona with his girlfriend.
On July 3, the SSU searched Dubinskyi`s home. The next day, he stated that the draft of the protocol of the interrogation in the case of Derkach was taken from him, in which he allegedly stated the facts of participation in this treason of the Office of the President.
Dubinskyi was also informed about the suspicion notice of organizing a scheme for the transfer of draft dodgers abroad.
