According to Censor.NET, Kuleba reported this.

"I spoke with Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide to agree on the next steps to involve new countries in the process of implementing the Peace Formula. I thanked Norway for its participation in the F-16 coalition. We discussed the expansion of this initiative. I also appreciate Norway's efforts to increase its assistance to Ukraine, as well as its decision to take additional steps to strengthen our energy system," Kuleba said.
