Ukraine and South Korea will determine format of cooperation this week, - Nykyforov

The Office of the President announced news about the development of cooperation between Ukraine and South Korea.
This was stated by the press secretary of the President of Ukraine Serhii Nykyforov, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinform.
"There was a telephone conversation between the leaders of the two countries. The Republic of Korea is sending its delegation to Ukraine. After that, the Ukrainian delegation will go to the Republic of Korea. In order to coordinate efforts, to think about a joint response, and to strengthen Ukraine with expertise... This week, the format of such cooperation between the two countries on this issue is crystallizing, and I think that at the end of this week or next week there will be some news about how this cooperation is going," Nykyforov explained.
He also added that the world's reaction to Russia's involvement of the North Korean military should be tougher, as it is not concrete and decisive at the moment.
According to him, South Korea's reaction is the most concrete.
Participation of DPRK troops in Russia's war against Ukraine
Earlier, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte confirmed Russia's involvement of North Korean soldiers in the war against Ukraine.
On October 25, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that, according to intelligence, the first North Korean military would be used by Russia in combat zones on October 27-28.
On October 28, the Pentagon said that the DPRK had sent about 10,000 of its military to Russia for training and further participation in hostilities against Ukraine, which would take place over the next "few weeks."
The Pentagon said that Ukrainian troops could use the American weapons provided to them against the North Korean military if the DPRK enters the war against Ukraine on the side of Russia.
Pentagon spokesman Pat Ryder said that approximately several thousand North Korean soldiers are moving towards the Kursk region of Russia. A smaller number of them are already in the Kursk region.
