According to eyewitnesses, work has begun on surrounding CHPP No. 8 on Volgogradsky Prospekt with concrete blocks.
"It is likely that the facility is being prepared in this way for drone attacks – such a structure could serve as a base for anti-drone nets," the report states.
Attack on Moscow and the Moscow Region
