Two days under threat from enemy FPV drones: fighters from 93rd Brigade evacuated injured elderly woman using UGV. VIDEO

Soldiers from the 93rd Separate Mechanised Brigade ‘Kholodnyi Yar’ used a ground-based robotic system to evacuate an injured elderly woman from a dangerous area. The rescue operation lasted two days due to the high level of activity from Russian FPV drones.

According to Censor.NET, the injured civilian was reported by servicemen from the 93rd Brigade’s anti-aircraft missile and artillery division. The Alter Ego battalion of ground-based unmanned systems joined the evacuation effort.

Initially, the military stabilised the injured woman’s condition and planned a route, as movement was extremely dangerous due to the constant threat of attacks by enemy drones.

As soon as the opportunity arose, a ground-based robotic system set off to reach the casualty. Throughout the evacuation, it was accompanied by a group of soldiers who monitored the situation around them.

Despite the challenging conditions and the threat from Russian drones, the operation was a success. The injured woman was taken to a safe place and handed over to medical staff.
