Kyiv police explosives experts seized the warhead of a rocket that fell on March 25 in the private sector of Solomianskyi district of Kyiv. Experts found a rocket fragment with explosives and detonators weighing more than 20 kg.
According to Censor.NET, the Kyiv Police reported this on Facebook.
"During the inspection of the territory in Solomianskyi district, police explosive experts found a fragment of a warhead with detonators weighing more than 20 kg near private houses. Law enforcers disconnected the detonators from the rest of the warhead and seized them for further destruction at a landfill," the statement said.
The Kyiv police urged citizens to be careful and, if they find unknown objects, not to manipulate them in any way, as they can be explosive and toxic. "Do not neglect your own safety and immediately call the special line 102," the police stressed.
Ballistic missile attack on Kyiv on 25 March
Earlier it was reported that on the morning of 25 March, enemy troops launched missiles at Kyiv. According to the Air Force, two ballistic missiles were destroyed, and their type is being identified. As of this moment, there are 7 victims.
The Ministry of Culture said that part of the building of the Mykhailo Boichuk Kyiv Academy of Decorative and Applied Arts and Design was destroyed as a result of the fall of enemy missile fragments.
