According to media reports, Rynzhuk is the stepson of Olesya Ilashchuk, Ukraine's ambassador to Bulgaria.

Suspect Agoiev was directly linked to Rynzhuk; in effect, he was support staff, such as a driver.
The prosecutor said that it was Rynzhuk who lured Kuzmin to the hotel car park, where he was beaten, then taken away and burned in a car.
