In particular, a video from the body camera of the patrol police officers who detained Ivan Syvoded, then Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Southern Region, in Chernivtsi on 28 November 2017 was posted online.
"The prosecutor, in a state of severe alcohol intoxication, damaged the shop window, threw himself at passers-by and tried to inflict bodily harm. The applicant explained to the police that an unknown citizen, later identified as Ivan Sivoded, born in 1986, had damaged the City Lite advertising stand on Soborna Square and began to react aggressively to the applicant's remarks, trying to inflict bodily harm. After examining the surrounding area, the police found a citizen, Sivoded I.S., who was wearing dirty and tattered clothes, with obvious signs of alcohol and drug intoxication. During the inspection, citizen Ivan Syvoded repeatedly showed a military prosecutor's certificate and threatened the police with "problems at work." Despite the threats from the Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Southern Region Ivan Syvoded, protocol AA No. 121349 of 29 November 2017 on administrative detention was drawn up," the media reported.

He is also in charge of the case of intelligence officer Chervinsky, who caused great problems for the occupiers. Chervinsky's case, on the contrary, is moving quite quickly.
The second is prosecutor Kobets, a subordinate and fellow countryman of Syvoded. Kobets is directly in charge of Chervinsky's case. It is particularly strange that the Kobets family still lives in the occupied territory and does business, while the prosecutor is involved in defence-related matters.

Earlier, the media reported that the Ukrainian military had been recruiting a Russian pilot for several months to hijack the plane. According to media reports, Roman Chervinsky was among them. Subsequently, as the SBU noted, the "operation" was carried out over the objections of the SBU and without the consent of the relevant state authorities. As a result, the enemy received information about the deployment of personnel of the Ukrainian Air Force and Ukrainian aircraft at the Kanatove airfield. This allowed the Russian Armed Forces to shell the airfield.
Later, the SBU served Chervinsky with a notice of suspicion in the case of the shelling of the Kanatove airfield in Kirovohrad region by the occupiers. He was detained in the Ternopil region.
