Soldiers from the 157th Separate Mechanised Brigade shared footage of the elimination of enemy forces in the area of the village of Pleshchiivka in the Donetsk region.
Drone operators eliminated four occupiers who were hiding in the forest and anti-tank ditches.
What the Ukrainian military says
- In the areas of Stupochky, Kleban-Byk, and Pleshchiivka, the enemy is attempting to advance in order to break into Kostiantynivka;
- The occupiers are trying to push the Defence Forces out of the Oleksandro-Shultyne area;
- The Russian army has no significant advantage in this sector.
According to Ukrainian defenders, Russian forces are currently focusing their main efforts on fighting in Pokrovsk.
Earlier reports indicated that Russian forces continue to amass personnel in Pokrovsk, Donetsk region, and are setting up logistics for further infiltration into the city.

The situation in the Pokrovsk area
The report notes that enemy forces are being detected and targeted across nearly the entire territory of Pokrovsk, while the occupiers continue to advance and fortify positions in captured areas.
"A gradual absorption is underway, with Russian troops already establishing control over parts of the area, fortifying positions, creating staging points, and managing logistics for further infiltration into the city," the project stated.
As a reminder, Ukraine’s Defence Forces continue to hold the defense of the Pokrovsk–Myrnohrad agglomeration.

There is no encirclement of Ukrainian units; measures are underway to block enemy forces attempting to entrench themselves in the city of Pokrovsk.
