All local councils of Ukraine are forced by Zelenskyy to sign his "victory plan" - Ariev

All local councils have been instructed to convene sessions to support Volodymyr Zelenskyy's Victory Plan.
This was reported on Facebook by People's Deputy Volodymyr Ariev, Censor.NET reports.
"Welcome back, 'dear Leonid Ilyich'! Volodymyr Oleksandrovych is worthily continuing your glorious traditions - these days the country is turning into the CPSU.
All local councils have been instructed to urgently hold extraordinary sessions to fully and comprehensively support President Zelenskyy's victory plan. The heads of regional administrations are sending letters demanding the convening of sessions to the heads of regional, city, and even village councils. Where the heads are servants or subsidiaries, they convene the sessions themselves. The text for adoption is the same for everyone - see the photo. It is binding and strictly recommends from the RMAs and local SSU departments to adopt the appeal to the president written by the president's office without changes," the deputy noted.
Ariev called it a "cave ingrained Soviet mentality of general approval" that has nothing to do with the European principle of local councils' independence.
"Secondly, it is forced spending from community budgets. Extraordinary funds have to be allocated for each extraordinary session of each council. If we take into account the scale of the organized approval process, it is tens of millions of hryvnias spent at the request of Bankova.
Thirdly, why do we need such massive support from workers if the president is confident that his plan is realistic and effective? Or is he not? And so such actions have to restore the president's self-confidence and at the same time pull Ukraine back into the Russian world," the people's deputy added.
Ukraine's Victory Plan
As a reminder, on October 16, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the Victory Plan at a meeting in the Verkhovna Rada. The main points of the Victory Plan are inviting Ukraine to join NATO and strengthening defense.
According to Zelenskyy, the Victory Plan consists of five points and three secret annexes. There are secret annexes to the defense, economic, and deterrence points. Classified annexes are available to partners with the appropriate assistance capacity.
According to media reports, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is preparing another Plan, which will deal with internal decisions and will not be an alternative to the Victory Plan.
