Russians are trying to burn faces of killed North Korean soldiers to hide losses, - Zelenskyy. VIDEO

To hide the losses among the the North Korean military, the Russians are trying to burn the faces of the dead.

This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Censor.NET reports.

"Even after years of war, when it seems that there can be no more cynicism from the Russians, we still see something worse. Russia not only involves North Korean soldiers in assaults against Ukrainian positions, but also tries to hide the losses of these people," Zelenskyy said.

There were attempts to keep the presence of soldiers from North Korea secret. While they were being trained, they were even forbidden to show their faces. The Russian military tried to delete any video evidence of their presence.

"And now, after the battles with our guys, the Russians are also trying to... literally burn the faces of the dead North Korean soldiers. This is a demonstration of the contempt that now prevails in Russia - contempt for everything human," Zelenskyy said.

As a reminder, on 14 December, for the first time in history, North Korean army units launched a massive attack on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near the city of Sudzha in the Russian Federation.

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that there was already evidence that the Russians had begun to involve a significant number of soldiers from the DPRK in the assaults, so far in the Kursk region.

According to the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, the North Korean troops involved in the assault operations in the Kursk region have already suffered their first sanitary and irreversible losses.

Due to the heavy losses on the eastern directions, it is possible that representatives of the DPRK could be used on the territory of Ukraine, the Defence Forces said.
