Only 3 prosecutors in Khmelnytskyi region have had their disability confirmed, 56 have not been checked in 2 months - Ariev

The Ministry of Health is conducting an inspection of prosecutors in the Khmelnytskyi region who have disabilities. Within 2 months, only 3 of them have been confirmed as persons with disabilities.
This was reported on Facebook by People's Deputy Volodymyr Ariev, Censor.NET reports.
On November 1, 2024, Health Minister Viktor Liashko told the parliamentarian that it would take three months to check 73 prosecutors.
"Two of them have already passed. The interim results are as follows:
56 Khmelnytskyi prosecutors have not yet been checked;
5 were lowered in status from Group 2 to Group 3;
3 confirmed their disability;
9 have cheated the state because they received disability without any grounds," the People's Deputy noted.
Ariev expressed doubts that the inspection will be completed by February 1, as only 17 prosecutors have been inspected in the past two months.
"I will definitely ask the minister again after the three-month period expires.
But. 9 prosecutors, fake disabled people - they should not only be fired from the prosecutor's office, but also receive criminal proceedings for fraud. They definitely received disability pensions without any grounds. Everyone who participated in this scheme should also be prosecuted for complicity. However, so far the Prosecutor General's Office has stated that it sees no grounds. Rafik is not guilty! But this prosecutor's mafia is quickly pincering the military," he summarized.
