Prosecutor General’s Office makes final settlement with Kravchenko after dismissal and pays leave compensation. DOCUMENT
The Office of the Prosecutor General made a final settlement with Ruslan Kravchenko after his dismissal and paid compensation for all unused annual leave days.
This is stated in the Office of the Prosecutor General’s response to a request from Censor.NET.

"Regarding payments made to R.A. Kravchenko after September 15, 2026, we inform you that, in connection with his dismissal effective September 22, 2026, a final payroll settlement was made, and compensation for all unused days of leave was calculated and paid under Article 24 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Leave,’ which provides for the payment of monetary compensation for all unused annual leave days," the response said.
However, the agency did not specify the exact amount.
The Office of the Prosecutor General said Kravchenko had been on a business trip to Paris since September 13. The trip lasted five days. During that time, his position and workplace were retained, and he was to be paid according to the terms of his employment or collective agreement. His pay could not be lower than his average earnings.
Thus, prosecutors at the Office of the Prosecutor General (including Ruslan Kravchenko) retain their positions while on business trips and are paid at least their average salary for all working days.
Kravchenko’s resignation and the charges against Kryvonos
- Earlier, Ruslan Kravchenko said he had signed notices of suspicion against NABU Director Semen Kryvonos and a person close to the head of the SAPO.
