MP Yaroslav Zhelezniak stated that the former Energy Ministry adviser in question is Ihor Myroniuk; the executive director for physical protection and security at Energoatom is Dmytro Basov; and the businessman is Timur Mindich. Zhelezniak also said the tapes feature a member of the energy regulator (NEURC), Serhii Ivanovych Pushkar. "Karlson" on the recordings is Tymur Mindich, while "the Professor" refers to Herman Halushchenko.
