US and Ukraine have not yet reached agreement on three key points of "peace plan," - CNN

During negotiations, Washington and Kyiv reached consensus on most issues of the new "peace plan," but at least three important points remain in dispute.
This was reported by CNN, citing a Ukrainian source familiar with the progress of the negotiations, according to Censor.NET.
What are the points of disagreement?
The first area concerns the US proposal to give Russia part of the Ukrainian territories that it has not captured. CNN's interlocutor says that no decision has yet been made on this issue.
"It would be very wrong to say we have now the version that is accepted by Ukraine," he added.
The CNN source also said that the disagreement concerns the proposal to limit the size of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to 600,000: a new number was proposed during the negotiations, but Kyiv wants further changes before agreeing.
In addition, the CNN source called the demand that Ukraine give up its aspirations to become a member of NATO unacceptable. Such a concession would set a "bad precedent" that would effectively give Russia a veto over NATO, "which it is not even a member of," the source said.
