In 2024, the Centers of Administrative Services (CNAP) across Ukraine have seen significant engagement in updating personal and military service data. Over 1.4 million Ukrainians have clarified their details required for military service via CNAPs, with many using the digital options available. Noteworthy, the Ministry of Digital Transformation has facilitated obtaining military registration documents with QR codes directly at CNAPs, simplifying the process significantly.

Additionally, efforts in Kyiv have been intensified with increased staffing at CNAPs to manage the high volume of updates, particularly around deadlines for data verification. This proactive approach ensures that all persons liable for military service can update their information conveniently, without needing to visit Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRC).

Moreover, advancements like the Reserve+ application show over 230,000 updates in just one week, underscoring the growing reliance on digital solutions to streamline administrative processes in military data management. Such initiatives underscore the commitment to maximizing efficiency while maintaining the integrity of military service databases.
